Try divshare.com. You upload the song onto your account, then embed them on the site. Works pretty well.

yeah so i tried divshare but it doesn't give me any code to embed onto the post. it only converts it so i can email or download the file i just uploaded. apparently they have an interface with wordpress but it doesn't seem to work with blogger...

any thots?

It works. I've used it.

Once you upload the file, it gives you options to email the file, but if you scroll down it will give you the embed code.

ok bear with me...i may be a little technologically challenged. once i upload the song, i get 3 options: download, forum and email. this is what's the in the forum box DivShare File - 06 Faith.m4a
can i use that to post the song to the blog entry? if so how?

I'll check my account when I get home. Can't access it at work. But I think you're missing an option.

Looks like it has to be an mp3 file. I uploaded a .wma file and got the options you listed. My .mp3 files have the embed option.
